West side parking lot of Camarillo Town Center was re-sealed today.
The City of Camarillo is maintaining many parking lots and streets. It seemed obvious to me that they are trying to finish everything before Camarillo Fiesta.
Service was provide by GPM (General Pavement Management) from Santa Paula.
They are high class, top notch pavement company in tricounty area.
I think they did a good job. They were nice people as well.
Cup given to city of Camarillo volunteers.
Happy 4th of July everyone. God bless USA.

This is Camarillo's first fire station. This is Camarillo's landmark and one of handful of remaining Camarillo history. It's currently vacant and located between Diszar Park and St. Mary Magdalen Church.
This is our new and improved fire station at 2160 PIckwick Drive. Next to post office. It was built in 1995.
While I was taking pictures, they happened to be responding to a fire call.
Before - Photo dated November 3, 1961.

Thousand Oaks - Westlake Village Regional Chamber of Commerce holds Business Expo and Trade Show three times a year. Today's theme was Surf your way to Better Business.
Thousand Oaks - Westlake Business Expo takes place at Hyatt Westlake Plaza Hotel in the Garden area. I have done a few wedding photography gigs in this very spot. The expo is absolutely free for public to attend.
There always have food, drink, gifts, and prizes. Almost all 70 vendor's tables were taken. (I think it was sold out).
I ate 2 hot-dogs, 1 tamale, 2 tacos, 2 wines, 1 coke, and number of other small treats. Yikes...
Next expo will be held on September. Come on over to have fun and get to know the businesses in your area. If you are a business owner you can have your own table for just $225.00
Pictures: Hyatt Westlake Plaza Hotel always showcases their high class treats. California Pizza Kitchen not only had good food, they also brought a lot of raffle prizes. Downy Savings had the best presentation.

This Burger King at Oxnard shares the parking lot with Costco.
They are temporarily closed due to fire.
I remember coming here 6 years ago (2000) to trade Pekemon Toys with youngsters.
This Burger King was packed with pokemon collectors at that time.
Post Plaza is located across Camarillo Post Office on Pickwick. The major vendors such as Blockbuster Video, Party Pleasers, and Enterprise Rent-a-car are located here. Oh, and my favorite store "Pop's" is here as well.
